Tom plays the Yamaha grand piano in the marvelous Versailles Restaurant. Located inside the newly remodeled glass-topped Inn atrium, the Versailles Restaurant at Chateau Elan features a gourmet American Cuisine buffet as well as a set menu with a modern twist that includes some regional favorites and chargrilled steaks.   The restaurant is open seven days a week but hours are subject to private events and hotel occupancy.
